At ShopVisible, we offer three types of shipping; shipping for multiple carriers, freight shipping, and customized shipping just for you.

The platform is built to include FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL shippers. The shipping calculator formulates all costs against real time rates via AJAX so the client’s browser does not need to refresh during cost generation.

At ShopVisible, we support Yellow Freight, Etes, Conway, FedEx Freight, and Roadway. Standard freight is calculated against real time rates. In addition, with our extensive system, clients can program specific cost changing factors into the site manager regarding freight.

Step Three Customized shipping just for you.

This feature allows clients to set custom pricing and create their own business model around shipping. Clients can setup categories via the site manager and associate those categories with products, including options for free shipping or special shipping promotions. They can also include an additional “white glove” cost for customers who want to pay extra for special deliveries.

Custom Shipping

The ShopVisible shipping engine is smart logic for shipping oversized packages. If a product exceeds the weight or size limit for a carrier (like UPS), shipping can be set to transfer into freight.

Step our ShopVisible makes drop shipping easy.

Clients can setup user permissions on the site manager, so that drop-shippers can have access to order data and shipping tools, but not gain access to other aspects of the business (accounting, product pages, marketing tools, content management, analytics, etc.)

Drop shipping is completely automated, so communication hassles between the drop shipper, the client, and the customer are never an issue. For example, when a customer in California purchases a product from a New York store, but the product is held by a manufacturer in Wisconsin , the order information can be viewed by both the drop-shipper and the client. The drop-shipper sends out the product while tracking information for the package is automatically stored for the client and sent by email to the customer. The client knows what's been shipped and when its been shipped at all times.

For retailers with drop shippers, shipping is calculated based on each supplier's address. When a customer purchases two products from a storefront, but each item ships from a separate manufacturer, the customer receives both tracking numbers. Our sophisticated system tracks each item within an order, as opposed to just an order.

Clients can choose to integrate their preferred shipping application with the ShopVisible platform because we have an automated tracking number generation and retrieval process. Clients who switch to our platform who are already comfortable with a certain shipping application can still use the previous application and have all the data automatically transferred back to our site manager.
